    Rechecked and corrected the cam timing and it was the issue. Works great now! Thanks for all the advice!

    Compression test showed 1 and 4 @ 40psi and 2 and 3 @ 60 psi. Spec is 178psi. Going to go back in and re-check the cam timing...again.
