  2. So here I was with my Yeti tumbler ......

Why do you have to hate so much? Your negative energy has made me contemplate the reason of my existence. Can you not see that all I wish for is a tumbler to save some ice after a 24hr period? Why must you continue to berate me and my beliefs? What did I ever do to you? <crying now>
  3. So here I was with my Yeti tumbler ......

You should do some meth and start a gun trading website ...... I don't know where that came from, totally off the top of my head
  4. So here I was with my Yeti tumbler ......

You don't have to say it ..... I already know
  5. So here I was with my Yeti tumbler ......

I indulged in a lot of paint chips as a child, as a matter of fact, my father would let me loose in any room that he was looking to renovate and let me do my damage before he began renovations.
  6. So here I was with my Yeti tumbler ......

At the very least, it should use some illegal refrigerant or insulation means ..... maybe line it with lead?

I don't think he did - I put mine in the freezer for about 10 minutes and as soon as it came out, it had condensation all over the outside.
  9. What is your .45 personal defense round preference?

It may likely be an issue with what surface strikes the feed ramp first based upon the trajectory from the mag. I know that the Critical Defense/Duty nose is more tapered than the HST, but unfortunately, I can't see exactly how it strikes the feed ramp in my guns. Again, I'm no expert, but I do...
  10. What is your .45 personal defense round preference?

I believe most of the concern with Critical defense / Critical Duty is that the polymer tips hinder cycling when hitting the feedramp - obviously, angles and tolerances vary; I'm no expert, did not stay at a Holiday Inn last night, but it would make sense to me that the polymer tip has more...
  11. What is your .45 personal defense round preference?

I carried .45 PDX1 as EDC for a while early on as it was readily available; but I later changed over to HST based on difference in expansion (of course, I'm simply watching videos, haven't had a chance to test it in sim-media myself.)
  12. What is your .45 personal defense round preference?

I like Tnoutdoors9 review, & one of the reasons that I decided to a couple hundred rounds through my EDCs and now carry it regularly. I have yet to see better expansion, but open to other possibilities.
  13. What is your .45 personal defense round preference?

I already have my defense worked out for that. Prosecutor: "Sir, why did you decide to slay this young man who broke into your home with these devastating and evil hollow point rounds?" Response: "Well sir, I went up to the counter at the Dick's sporting goods store and asked the guy what round...
  14. Stories about Dad...

Mine passed 30JAN 2013, 40yrs at the phone company, Navy Vet; One story that sticks out was that he was out in the back section of our property burning a wood pile; apparently the winds picked up and the 30+ acres of woods behind our property caught fire. Being a somewhat rural area, several...
  15. What is your .45 personal defense round preference?

While this is a topic that has been discussed many times, I just thought it would be interesting to see if there have been any changes or updates to personal preferences in .45 personal defense rounds. Personally, I prefer HP vs. ball, don't really want to get into a debate on that portion...
  16. So here I was with my Yeti tumbler ......

I thought that was a given since they're made in China :noidea:
  17. So here I was with my Yeti tumbler ......

Well, it get's expensive to scale the Himalaya mountains to harvest the Unicorn tears for production; it's a very dangerous situation for the child labor involved and they offer and extra few cents in hazardous duty pay. Did I mention that the Yeti stickers are manufactured from Dead Sea...
  18. So here I was with my Yeti tumbler ......

I heave it on good authority that the clear Yeti lid is made from solidified unicorn tears and demonstrates exceptional insulation properties.
