A friend purchased a new Glock 19 and a container of the BrassMAXX, by TulAmmo, 9mm ammo. He brought it over to the range and we ran it through the Glock. It did have a couple of failure to feeds but we chalked it up to the gun being brand new. This was a coupe of months ago. Today I was processing 9mm cases for loading and the BrassMAXX cases were in the mix....I noticed the brass seemed well made and I was impressed how clean the inside cases and primer pockets were....then something strange happened. I had a case that the base was extremely small in the shell holder and I though I had a 380 acp case mixed in...it happens. I took a look at the case and it was one of the BrassMAXX cases that was stamped 9mm and all of the case dimensions were correct except the base and it measure the same as a 380 acp...WTF. This explained the Glock feeding issues which was most likely an extraction issue. Beware of this Ammo as it could cause you some issues!

Bad batch you bought. I been using BrassMaxx since they first starting selling it and although very dirty and sometimes a flame thrower it has worked fine..

Put about 2000 rounds of brassmaxx ammo through multiple guns, Glock 34, Sig 226 e2, 92fs inox, Walther PPQ SD, Shield, SR9c etc. I think I may have had 1 or 2 primer failures and that is about it. Overall not bad range ammo. I'm not sure if it is "dirtier" than any of the other cheap ammo out there.

I had never had an issue with tulammo til I tried the brassmax. First 2 or 3 cans of hundred rounders were fine, then the next would not feed. Tried a different Glock 9mm. Same problem Haven't bought any since. Even thought about taking them back to Wal Mart, but didn't. This was about 6-8 months ago.
