Last week I went to my local TSC to get a Cannon safe. It was on sale for $450, normally $500 but the Winchester wasn't. It was the normal $700. Now they are having a 15% off sale on all safes so the Cannon is down to $424 (kinda glad they didn't have it last week) and the Winchester is down to $595. Now the Winchester is a good bit more heavier 507lbs vs 360lbs and the fire rating is a little bit better 1400 vs 1200 @ 30 mins but is it worth the extra $170? Also I notice the Winchester has external hinges so the internal space is a little bigger. I'm thinking I'll go to TSC tomorrow and get the Winchester if its in stock.
