Item Description: 2007 Keystone Fuzion 39ft toyhauler located in Chickamauga, GA. Has a 12ft garage area with lots of storage cabinets (we fit a Can Am Commander 1000 in here). Hookups for a washer/dryer are in this area too (washer/ dryer not included). Sliding glass door separates it from the living area (we used the garage area as a separate bedroom by using an air mattress and closing the glass doors). Living area has an expansion slide, 2 couches (one has a full size pullout bed) and a 32" Jensen flat screen TV. Table (removable) can be placed in front of one couch for an eating area (we store it under one of the couches when not in use). Kitchen area has a 3 burner stove with oven, decent sized sink, fridge with freezer, and lots of cabinets. Bedroom has an expansion slide with a queen size bed, cabinets and closet area. Bathroom is connected to the bedroom. Sink and shower stall is in the bedroom area. Has a separate toilet closet (a black curtain blocks the shower area from the bed area). Loft queen size bed above living area with some storage cubbies. Ladder included to get to loft area. Speakers inside and out to expand entertaining possibilities. Camper can be powered by gas, generator, and has hookups for electricity. Has fresh water, gray water and black water tanks (I can't remember how many gallons they each hold) and the hookups to hook up at a camper area. Also, has a fueling station and an outdoor shower. Generator is an Onan Marquis 5500 (controls to start generator is inside the camper). DVD player is KEC brand. Has a Clarion marine radio system with a Punch sub-wolfer. Has roof vents throughout and separate AC/heat units for bedroom and living area. Side awning expands out for lots of shade. Will also include a Super Glide sliding 5th wheel hitch if interested (paid $2500 for the hitch at Camping World). Can deliver if needed within a reasonable distance. Asking $23,000 for camper only (this is a little below the payoff amount) or $24,500 with the Super Glide hitch and stabilizing jacks and any and all that I have for camper.
