    I'm looking for a case for a Smith and Wesson Model 29, it's a .44 with an 8 3/8" barrel.
I would prefer an original and I believe they came in a wooden case. If someone has a plastic one that would be great too. If anyone has one and would like to part ways with it please let me know. I feel this is a shot in the dark trying to find one but I thought I would ask anyway. I'm open to other types of hard cases as well if someone has one.

    Thanks everyone!

You need to take a trip over to the S&W forum.
They are for sale but they will cost you well over a hundred.

I know exactly what you are looking for, my 57 came in one.

Try to find the year your 29 was made and see if you can find one that was made for that year.

    Good luck on your quest!!!

    Tom
