Huge. I killed a copperhead that was just over 5'10", wish I had a camera with me that day.

I used to work at Grady's Truck Stop in Pulaski, between metter & Statesboro. The owner killed a diamondback that was just shy of 8' long and hung it over the register.

Im not the least bit afraid of snakes, I do give them right of way all the time, but if I found this thing.....I dont know what Id do, Id probably leave a **** trail all the way to a large caliber rifle and call two or three other people to help me kill it.

87lbs!? That is absolutely ludicrous. Funny how all these giant snakes are never photographed without something in the background to exaggerate their size. ( usually a person holding the dead animal on a long stick toward the camera, in this case a tractor)
Why not photograph it next to something to show scale? I personally owned a 5' 10" Florida cottonmouth that weighed right at about 9 lbs. So somehow that snake is fitting 70 + lbs into +/- a foot of length......not to mention that any natural history museum would be greatly interested in even the dead body of a cottonmouth that exceeds the record of 74"
