    You have a timing issue. These can be very difficult to diagnose. Changing one part can affect the relationship and timing of another part. As the round comes out of the mag tube it strikes the carrier release which unlocks the carrier and starts it moving up with the round. If it strikes too...

    410 help

    In a couple of the photo's you still have the hinge assembly (the part with the spring)on, this has to be removed first, then pull back on the plastic tab in front of the trigger to open the action and the barrel will pivot off the receiver.
