Should I consider trying to reload myself? Is it worth it and how safe is it? Im sure with all the info on the Internet I would be fine. I would hate to miss an important step and have the damn thing blow up.

My DDM4A1 is chambered for the 5.56 and of course I know I can shoot the .223. Is there any long term affects for shooting a 223 in the 5.56?
Also, I went shopping yesterday for some 5.56 and it seems like there's more .223 to choose from. Is there a reason for that? High demand for 5.56...
