Absolutely, it's actually a good deal at $100 bucks or whatever I paid for it. If they don't do another printing it will go way up in value down the road. I'm currently in the M28 chapter and I've learned quite a bit.
I picked up that book back around Christmas time and it's a great resource for Finn Mosin's, lots of details and great pictures explaining the various models.
