    Change the breaker/remove wire from breaker and see if breaker still trips. The coiled springs in breakers eventually wear out like everything in enough time.

    I've had various ammos from south/central America. Not sure about these primers, but a lot of the ammunition etc comes from state owned manufacturing. There absolutely is a standard held to them. Not saying it's the case with the primers but wouldn't be surprised.
