The whole house Electric tankless water heaters are no good. Would strongly recommend sticking to the tank type electric. the tankless electric water heaters are good for one or two sinks. -

Also- this system uses a thermal bypass valve to recirculate the hot water and even if your house is not plumbed in a “loop” you can add a thermal bypass valve to any sink to recirculate the hot water from.
