Pretty much all the match ammo I’ve seen is “standard velocity”. I haven’t done a lot of rimfire and no comps but all the “premium” ammo I’ve shot (eley, Sk, wolf, lapua, rws) are all standard velocity.
dug around the site and found a page with more info and details:

NRA rules for rifles (looks like max 10 pound weight including optics, 30" barrel).
given what I've seen so far with River Bend if you show up with anything close to what you need and a good attitude you'll get setup with anything extra you might need to have a good time.
and yes, all matches are open to the public.
I contacted Hodgden recently and was told that they had not discontinued Trail Boss and that they planned to do a production run of it in 2024 at some point.
hopefully we will see it back on the shelves in the near future. Luckily I have some Clays and Universal currently. The powders I would...
Item Name: Colt SAA clone grips
Item Description: Looking for a set of grips for an EMF Hartford (Colt single action army clone). Ideally would like to try some sort of wood grip but the original ones were just black plastic. If you have something that might work, let me know.
Barrett 50 cal

LMT or KAC AR15
M4 shotgun
SBR for the appropriate rifles
Suppressors for all of them
Maybe a couple of transferrable full autos to round out the collection. Toss in a few Colt Single Action Army first gens along with matching Model 92/94's to keep the old schools happy...
on the KGM vs DA one big thing right now is every silencer company or anyone related to them (Silencer Shop) is overwhelmed currently because everyone is jumping on the bandwagon now that wait times are in the sub 30 days. Everything is out of stock, and everyone is maxed out for production to...
yes on the AR platform. i'm working on a build now (or more accurately the ammo) that's a 7" 300bo MosTek barrel, 1:5 twist. My plan is to run only subs mostly suppressed. I want it to function perfectly with subsonic ammo, with and without a can. Personally I don't have any need for it to run...
since i'm currently working on new loads, IMHO having a good single stage press is important. I just did a variety of 300 blackout loads (4 different powders), some 44 mag loads with a new bullet (25 rounds), some 45-70 with 2 different powders and some 5.56 with three different loads of the...
I am hoping to get over there and peruse the tables for some deals. If I didn't have a bunch of 308 already I'd make you an offer but will stop by and say hello.

The 750 is a great press if you want a progressive (meaning it moves everything each time you pull the handle) and want to reload volumes of ammo (500-1k+ at a time).
IMHO I would look on here for a good lightly used single stage press or something like a Dillon 550, Lyman, Lee etc. until you...
Someone will correct me if i"m way off, but here's my take on brass prices:
9mm is the cheapest of all of the brass on the market these days. some people just recycle it as brass but I would guess the going rate is around $25-30/1k for brass 9mm.
7.62x51 LC brass is good, and if 80+...
yeah I was kinda joking about it. They want anyone selling a gun for a profit to be an FFL but won't make it any easier for anyone to actually be an FFL.
either way this one will get shot down by the courts shortly as well.
just built a couple of lowers and so might be able to fill in some info:
for sure more than 3 companies making LPK's. Basically you have your bare bones stuff (aero, BCM, etc) and then various levels of upscale parts kits. Plus some parts kits that leave out fire control group (trigger) or...
read into this a bit more the other day. So I ASSUME they will have a lot of new FFL's on their hands, maybe they will streamline the process to getting an FFL? :becky:

Looking for a pound of any of the following (in order of what I would like). Most of it is available online around $35-45/pound but I just want to test some loads and don't feel like placing a big order, so if you have any of the following and want to sell them at a reasonable price or trade for...
