  3. WTB cheap running vehicle

    I need a cheap automatic vehicle that I plan to give as a gift. I have lent my vehicle to a friend who is on social security for years. It wont start and the mechanics are not optimistic. He has limited mobility. Something that could be driven, but needs brakes, tires, or a tune up would be good.
