    The ones I looked at had some wear, but no major damage. I was planning to refinish (blue) anyways, so it wasn't a major consideration for me. This was in late 2015, so I don't know what their inventory looks like now. Also, I don't think Adventure Outdoors is open on Sunday, IIRC. Good luck!

    I think both of your barrel options are excellent. I'm planning to use the Ak-builder barrel myself. I've had really good luck with his stuff so far, and the barrel being "in the white" is fine because the whole rifle will have to be finished.

    I'm not sure if this is still an issue, but NoDak's were having an issue with rust around the center support. You can read about it here (Rust Issues).     Love the Zhukov stock. Try to keep the hammering parallel to the receiver and I don't think you'll do your gun any harm.
