You can set them up with 'Progressive' linkage so you only tool around town on the center carb.

My experience has been that if there are not deep pull marks or severely mangled, they shoot as good as I can.

I have to say, .41 mag and .44 mag can be extremely difficult to separate.
They look very similar.
.380 & 9mm not a problem if you stand them on end but those .41 always seem to sneak in on me...
