Here is a rifle I won on GB a couple of weeks ago. It is a decently sporterized 1903 that appears to have started life as a National Match rifle.
The interesting thing about it, is that it was bought by Brigadier General George Rehm while he was a Colonel in 1948. He was a member of the...
I just picked up this nice sporterized Springfield 1903 rifle. It started as a 1928 National Match, and was sold by the Army to Col George Rehm in 1948. He was Executive Officer of Gen Douglas MacArthur's headquarters in the Pacific during WW2. He was later promoted to Brigadier General.
I just picked up this Springfield 1903 that I won in an auction on Friday. The description didn't mention anything about it, but I recognized it as a 1919 National Match. These photos are as I received it, I haven't even wiped it down with a rag yet. It is dark and raining so I will have to get...
Just got this one back from the gunsmith having the scope blocks installed and handguard cut. It looks great, I just need to get an 8x scope to replace the 20x Lyman Super Targetspot it is currently wearing.
Base rifle is a late National Match with mismatched National Match stock and bolt...

So, on the spur of the moment this morning I picked up this nice looking SKS. It was marked as a Chinese SKS for what I thought was a good price. I haven’t had one of these for over 20 years so I brought it home.
After I got home and did a little research, it turns out it is an all...
Just picked up my field grade 1911a1 from CMP.
1945 Colt frame with a Type III Remington Rand slide.
Marked as going through rebuild at the Marine Corp facility in Albany GA, so possibly a Marine pistol at some point.

I have been looking for a nice HRA M1 so I decided to make the approximately 3 hour drive from north of Atlanta to Birmingham to check out the Alabama Gun Collectors Gun Show. Of course, I had to stop and check CMP as I passed by but they had no HRAs.
The gun show was much better than I am...

I picked this up a few months ago
Got it home and found this inside.
Just kidding. I did find the trunk a few months ago, but I can’t find a good place to put it. Holds Garands like it was made for them. Anyone interested in it? I was trying to figure out the bast way to list it...
Anyone familiar with these vehicles? It is starting to run hot after a very short time. I suspect it is the thermostat or water pump, but not very familiar with these newer cars. Anyone have experience with this?

I picked up this nice Springfield 1898 at a LGS this weekend. Came with the bayonet and scabbard. Out the door for $500. Looking for any info on these as this is the first i have had. Muzzle measures a 1.5 on my muzzle gauge.
