    I'd have to assess all the factors in the situation, but if my furry daughter had any chance at more time with good quality of life, I'd spend the money whatever the number. You can always make more money or sell toys to offset the cost but you can't ever get them back once they're gone.

    I haven't found a set yet that works as well as over the ears on an indoor range. Especially with rifles. Outdoor, some of the in-ear ones do OK. Even the ones that you mold to your actual ear canal just don't suppress sound enough to be effective indoors in my experience.
