According to the practiscore write-up it's 42 pistol and 44 rifle rounds for the 5k, which lines up with my quick reading of the stage write-ups sent out last night.
I should have 92 pistol (4x23) and 140 (2x40 & 2x30) for rifle. Unfortunately, I can't remember how much pistol ammo I went through last year but I don't remember having to reload on the clock.
My plan is to run it as slick as I can this year 7.5# rifle, belt with pistol, 2 rifle and two pistol magazines, and a three liter CamelBak with two more pistol magazines. I know I won't be able to run the whole 10k and still be able to hit anything but I am looking to improve compared to last year.
Registration is open for the 2019 Run-and-Gun on August 31st

6 stages for the 5k
12 stages for the 10k
I believe that the Coastal Area Practical Shooters club in Brunswick is doing a six stage classifier match at the end of July but that is a long drive.
Edit I also found another 160 rounds of Tula 124gr FMJ and one more 20 round box of wolf 123gr HP going price still at $.15 new total for all of it $440.
