    I use a little 38 with rat shot and hollow points alternated. Works great. I've seen 22s miss. I never want to miss and a 38 carries about twice the pellets.

    IIRC the G3 was the last model with the real tough outer coating. All the G4-G5 had DLC coating that would rub off or scratch easier than the original G3s.

    Yeah, I think everyone just started buying it because of the NATO regulation. People like a standard. I prefer 115 myself too, but I'm getting older and everything I can pull out of that recoil on my snappier toys helps

    I wrote to them when I bought my 357/38 model that they needed to get a 9mm version of the Golden Boy so we could use the most prolific ammo in existence after SHTF scenarios take place. They never listened though. I think my wife might secretly run the company :(

    A good safe is probably your best bet. After the feds robbed multiple safe deposit boxes back in 2021 (iirc) and literally stole millions of dollars of valuables from random citizens I wouldn't trust a safe deposit box with my dog's yard decorations.
