    I am not a hunter but was sitting in my basement with overhead door up this morning and had deer blowing in the woods behind me. Came from 3 different areas just before 7. Really set my dogs off. Hopefully for you guys out there they are moving this morning.

I use my atv to run my dog and neighbor lets me ride his property anytime but during deer season I won’t even ride my property in the mornings so I don’t ruin their hunt.     Antler trap looks easy to do. Also didn’t know squirrels eat antlers. Kinda makes some sense now. Several years ago my old Chessie found one and chewed it like a bone. Thanks for the tips.

    Guess I will wait a month or so before I start checking. Rubs are on my property boundaries. Haven’t seen any in the middle but there is a place where they bed right in the middle.

    Let me start off by saying Im not a hunter. Anyway I have a small piece of property about 14 acres. I have noticed several active tree rubs and was wondering what my chances are of finding antlers and when should I start looking.
