    Diminishing property values always resonate at HOA meetings, especially when the county is already hiking up taxes on what they view as increasing property values. If this don't shake people for action, not much will.

    I plan on fly fishing tomorrow regardless of the weather. Will get out every 15-20 minutes or so to warm up by the fire then get back into the river to continue fishing.
