    Ok figured it out. Super easy solution. I am using imperial wax to lube. I wasn't using enough.     I'm not sure why you need more velocity. Maybe if your trying to get from 1300 yds to 1400 yards you need to bump it up. Besides that all veloxity adds is burned out barrels and stretched out cases. I go for the more accurate load at 100 and 600 and leave it no matter what th veloxity is...

    Out of my rock creek 24 inch 1:8 twist barrel with a suppressor I'm getting 2950 fps according to ballistic calculator. Using factory amax hornady 140 grain. I know it states less fps but the bullet and holdovers don't lie.
