hello all, I have a 1999 TJ manual 4.0 that is running well except the idle is now about 1050 rpm. I cleaned the IAC Idle Air Control Valve and it dropped it to this level from about 1300 and a pulsing idle with the AC on; which is gone now so cleaning helped a lot. I decided to replace the IAC...
