    synthetic is better in every way. It's almost the same price as conventional now. You can get 5qt jugs of mobil 1 at walmart for $25.

    water bottle with a hose down in it with some brake fluid. One on each wheel. Cheap and easy... Wouldn't do that if I was mechanicing for a job...just in the driveway

    Ummmm. Drilling a hole in an intercooler is not a good idea in my world. That’s boosted air. Unless they have some sort of intercooler I don’t know about. If your engine is “gulping” water, you are going to have more issues than a flashing dash light.

    You get what you pay for with tuning. An engine can be quickly ruined with a bad tune. I’ve been tuning race car engines for over 10 years at the IMSA level(Robertson Racing GT, Delta Wing, Panoz Avezzano) Wouldn’t have the slightest clue on doing anything street car though. Isn’t that weird?

    It was an amazing place to work. Learned a ton and got to experience a lot of really cool stuff. Was one of the head engine builders and dyno operators for the Delta Wing project as well. Did the 24 of of Daytona with it several times.
