Is that area not already part of the road right of way?
If your neighborhood doesn't already have a HOA then that area is probably parceled out to some one or probably "owned" by the local municipality.
Obviously I'm not a lawyer. Just a drunk guy asking questions.
Last time I paid for a permit I remember it being around $35.
I'm not gonna have the state tell me It's my right to carry but could I please pay them $75.
**** that ****.
That being said, it would certainly make me feel more comfortable when this finally gets signed into law.
If your buying a gun as a gift from a lgs best to not mention the gift part. Saw a lady get turned down at Firing Line for saying she was buying a gift for her husband, and that was ten years ago or more. It's ****ty, but I understand it's not a risk some owners want to take.
Not sure, but 100% there will be metal detectors. Haven't been in many many years but they always made you walk through a metal detector even when I was in my teens.
My guess is not, but if you show up and ask the deputies manning the entrance I doubt they'll hold it against you.
At 18 you can legally own a hand gun. If you do something stupid and it gets ran, and the police see it was recently purchased by a family member you could get some real grief.
Of course ultimately if you aren't a felon it would be legal to own. Just keep your mouth shut about it.
Oh no. He admitted he pulled the trigger. It was a "game he played" where he pointed the gun and pulled the trigger at his "friends". This time it was loaded
Yeh. I guess it would seem pretty dumb if you preemptively tipped them off that you were gonna be the guy breaking the law.
Honestly if its as country as it sounds Id just talk to my neighbors about it. If their cool, blast that **** .
