    If you are under multiple jurisdictions my understanding is either one works. City or county. You can be under several. I have old Form 4's signed by the former deputy director of the GBI. My local sheriff was not great about signing.

    Who owns the 100? You don't have permission to shoot on his land either. You have to retain the bullets on your property. This includes ricochets and shotgun pellets. You could do what a friend did and build a chicken house with a backstop at one end and then you are technically indoors.
