Usually not destroyed but potentially tied up for many months. In Dekalb county he may need a lawyer just to get his own gun back . Liberals in charge in Dekalb will do anything to deny you ownership of your property if it is scary to them.
That is where you are wrong. At some point the ATF will decide you are dealing without a license and bring in a felon to buy a gun from you. Then you are screwed. Totally at the whim of the ATF.
My dad was killed by a drunk driver. The drunk was .349 at 2 in the afternoon. He drove diagonally across the road and ran dad over. (target fixation) I still am opposed to DUI or any other reason checkpoints. Because freedom comes first. Do it for the children is not the answer.
If you are under multiple jurisdictions my understanding is either one works. City or county. You can be under several. I have old Form 4's signed by the former deputy director of the GBI. My local sheriff was not great about signing.
This is ignorance on your part. Nothing in the regulations says anything about a profit. Nor do the regulations specify a number of guns sold in a time. The number could be 1 or 100.
You are hung up on the profit part too. Nowhere in the regulations is profit mentioned. If you can find it...
He is dealing with the ATF even if he has done nothing he should at least talk to a lawyer. the ATF does not have his interest at heart. Only the ATF's interest.
I would pay a lawyer to read that. My GF is a an older HOA neighborhood where the pool is separate and voluntary. You sound like you are about to be forced into the pool forever
I watched a now out of business pawn shop sell a collector 12 Jennings pistols in the most obvious straw purchase ever. He told me that if he did not sell her the guns someone else would
Maybe. It is a gray area. That is what a friend did . He built a chicken coop and poured in a large backstop. All projectiles stayed in the building. You have to control ricochets.
Who owns the 100? You don't have permission to shoot on his land either. You have to retain the bullets on your property. This includes ricochets and shotgun pellets. You could do what a friend did and build a chicken house with a backstop at one end and then you are technically indoors.
