    I’m drooling, nice and pink, just right. You obviously enjoy cooking and are good at it so try Venison Wellington, I had it in NZ, spectacular. Just beef Wellington with venison find a recipe you like and add your personal touches.

    Just thought they looked delicious and others may like to try. My guess is use one of those apple peelers to get the shape, par-boil the potato then deep fry, salt to taste or salt them before frying to get the moisture out and dry with a cloth for a crisper result. Give it a go.......
