    Well I put a butt on the egg yesterday about 6 and pulled this morning about 9. Perfect internal temp of 205. No rub no injection no wrap. Cooked on foil. Just hickory smoke and fire. It is one of the best for me. Haven’t cooked one in at least 2 years.

    How do butts slice? Have done rib roasts but never tried a butt. Love me some thin sliced pork.

    I can guarantee a cubed pork chop will not be as tender or as tasty. A frozen one will not be as good as a fresh hand pounded one.

    Yes i was raised in rural Illinois. Amana meat co wants $14 each. 7 for $100. Aint paying that much for convenience. Will have to check Culvers menu. Never got past the burgers. And will look at Costco next time. Can’t beat a pork sandwich when seasoned right. Wish I knew all the secrets.

    Well how I make them is take a pork tenderloin and slice it into about 1 1/2 pieces and then take a meat hammer to it with points down and pound it out until it is about 3/8” think then bread with egg butter milk and whatever type of breading you want.     Sauce is vegetable oil and vinegar with spices. The vinegar cuts the oil to make it very flammable. It is fantastic. Old family recipe on my wifes side.
