    Yes we are! We try to spend as much time with her sister as we can, she has Alzheimer’s and is loosing more and more of her memories. Sadly she rarely recognizes her children now, but still knows my wife and me.

    Me too, I ate just a bit of the cake trimmings with some leftover icing and it made my teeth hurt! She said that batch of icing had 9 cups of powdered sugar in it!!

    She’s at it again! She made this for our granddaughte’s birthday. We’re going to Alabama tomorrow to visit her at college and taking the cake and her presents. it’sa made from scratch peanut butter cake with Reese’s peanut butter chips and a white chocolate butterfly.

    She made this “swan cake” for one of her friends at work (it’s her birthday).I think it turned out pretty nice. It’s a lemon cake with lemon buttercream icing and white chocolate feathers.
