    Take your wallet. You'll need it. Everything is a la carte, so just order what you want. The "sides" are very large, so you/wife can prob split a veggie. But the steak is the star. It'll prob be best you've ever had.

    Just grilled the backstraps from an 8 pt. I stole the best ideas in this thread. It was great! So I'll share YOUR best ideas rolled into one recipe. Soak backstraps whole in milk for 1 day. Wash and marinade in Dale's for 1 day. Cut into 3"x3" steaks that will allow bacon to be wrapped...
