  1. I sure miss my old ODT hobby....

I don't know if I'm the only one out there that feels this way, but I doubt I am. I sure miss going to our site and looking for something fun, different or interesting to make a deal on with a fellow member. I've never been a flipper, just enjoyed making a descent deal for a weapon to shoot...
  2. Low Ball offers

As this site seems to be discovered by the masses, I just wanted to warn/educate ODT buyers of how to avoid loosing really good deals that are listed here every day. After many years of selling and watching posts listed on this great site, I have seen frustration and anger over lost deals...
  3. 25% off Entire Store Mall of GA. Dicks Sporting

They might as well close their stores to anyone that values the 2nd amendment. Another Politically correct company lead by a liberal CEO, maybe they should have consulted with Target before such a knee jerk reaction. Can’t wait to see their going out of business announcement!!
  4. Glocks for sale on ODT

Not all are overpriced and I don't know why you would buy new when you can buy a well cared for one for any less. The G17 FDE I have for sale now is like new and I paid new at a gun store for $545 with tax. I'm selling for $475 with polished internals and all original items. It doesn't do any...
  5. Has anyone besides me never owned a Glock?

If you haven't shot one, rent one at the range before buying and save yourself some money. Like any gun you have to get use to the trigger and grip angle. I put in a $25 Ghost trigger kit into every Glock I've owned and replaced the factory parts when I sold it. Polishing the internals and that...
  6. Has anyone besides me never owned a Glock?

I have owned every 9 mm Glock and sold them thinking I found something better....Im back to a Glock. I love the ease of complete teardown, modifications and the reliability. For a polymer gun its hard to beat across the board.
  7. I now see why you all hate Adventure Outdoors!!!!

I was in there a while back just looking to hold a gun that I was shopping on ODT. A guy was buying a Ruger I believe and on top of the high prices, they charged him for a background check; I think it was $20. I wanted to tell the guy to go somewhere else, but didn't want to cause an issue...
  8. SKS Butcher Jobs

people are free to do what they want with their guns, it's just a shame. Also the modified ones usually sit on here without offers. I have a like new SKS stock I'd like to put the guts into, no matching numbers, but it would still be nice to shoot.
  9. SKS Butcher Jobs

I'm always searching for classic SKS rifles, but the only ones that seem to show up and stick around are the SKS Tactical chop jobs. I don't get it, why add an AR stock to a classic weapon and charge big bucks? I for one like the history behind the weapons. If you want an AR or a modern AK...
