Yes, I have shied away from .35 Marlin lever guns due to the ammo. Never had a .35 before, I don't reload now, but the itch to get something funky hit me, until the price hit me harder on the ammo!!!

Which is better- to sell a used gun close to or at the used price you bought it at (assuming little wear in your possession) or sell it at market regardless of what you paid for it?
Any issue if we, the people, feel that there is an obvious scam being perpetrated, in lieu of calling them out, can we give them a negative? This way, this in itself can be a warning.

Funny thing with that is I had a buyer with a phone number from one state and tags on the car at meet from another state. Neither was GA. When I inquired on what state they are a resident of, they showed me their GA CWL.
If GA law says that you have to be a resident of Georgia to buy and sell a weapon to somebody else in Georgia, how come there is not much grief when somebody asks you to show a license to prove you are a Georgia resident?
