    My chiropractor uses activator and it's much better for both of us. Used to go to the Joint, but five minutes isn't much time to accomplish much.

    Don't really want to go to the ER with all that's going on right now. Just realized I wasn't taking enough prednisone, so upping it.

    Got a bad case of poison.ivy/oak that started on top of my head and is closing my right eye. My doctor is gone until next month. Anyone have any ideas? Prednisone doesn't seem to be helping much.
