  1. How long do bow strings last?

    Definitely replace that string. I wouldn't go more than 2-3 years depending how much you shoot and abuse it takes.

    I hate 4-5 pins. I have a traditional sight, but I only use 2 pins 20 and 30. I am comfortable shooting out to 40 just holding high.

    Agree 100% with the smaller pins! Personally had zero issues with the drop aways. I have shot the biscuit, but no experience with the hostages. Good Luck on stabbing one this season!

    The bow should balance in your hand. If your stabilizer is balancing your bow then you should be good. After that rest, sights, type of string. It is all a matter of opinion. IMO.... Drop away rest, nice visible fixed pin sights (for hunting). I like round sight that co-witnesses my...
