    Hello ODT, I am looking for a special rifle. I prefer a Marlin model 1894 but will settle for a 336. Must be in stainless steel and JM stamped. No modifications. Please shoot me a picture, with a description of its condition and your asking price.

  3. Has anyone bought a new production Marlin firearm lately?

    I have a hunch to get a lever action. A 1894 to be exact. Rumor on the internet is that Marlin's quality is getting better..is this true? Anyone buy anything from them recently and have any issues?

    Big thanks to the ODT'ers wo gave me some great tips on getting a 1894 back in condition without overdoing it. The results were amazing without detracting from the 118 years... here are a few pics. Yes, we have some decent folk on here...
