Spent years sticking with Hen and Rooster knife sets, but since I got this Case kitchen knife, I don't use anything else.. Unless it's too large of course.
Anyone have a specific knife they like to use over others?

I have an early monarch/paramount gas/wood kitchen stove that needs a new home.
It is in okay shape, The wood stove/coal side is in great shape. the gas stove side has several rusted thru spots in the oven area, don't think it will effect the operation of the oven.
Make me a good offer and come...

So... I have quite a few squirrels from last season and I want to cook them. There are a lot of recipes out there that sound really good but I don't want to try one that isn't good and waste a squirrel. Who out there has a good recipe that they don't mind sharing?
