  2. Home Electric Problem

    So I have 77 VAC hot to neutral at the duplex wall receptacle. At the same receptacle I have 119.7 VAC hot to ground. At the breaker I have 119.7 VAC hot to neutral. What is the issue? All wiring is copper. Thanks!
