Super late report here, but I shot a doe Sunday evening. Ended up having a semi swerve into my lane on the way to the processor and it grazed my rear view mirror before I could react and drive off into the ditch. Then, soon as I got home, my wife put me right to work refinishing a chest of drawers and I never got around to posting news of my success.
