1-12 Hunt

So.... what if your wanting to hunt a small pocket of woods(well it’s a creek) that’s been cleared about 7-8yrs ago on both sides. The clear cut is VERY thick and about 5-6ft tall. The only way to the creek is to walk in on one of the deer trails. Do you hunt it or not?

today was one of the first days in a while that i have not seen deer in the afternoon
the wind was strong and not in my favor
2 good reason for them to stay in the thick cover

it started to rain at dark as I was walking to the house

will be at it again before daylight
