Well, slept late and got a slow start but I have just now gotten settled into the stand. Quite a change in temp here today from yesterday so I’m hoping for some movement this morning as I’d like to put some meat in the freezer. Who else is out this morning? Congrats man! That’s exactly what I’m looking for too, but been dead quiet here this morning.

I shot a small doe at sunrise. Mainly because I was freezing my tail off and wanted an excuse to go to the Jeep. It was cold this morning! Put by the Jeep and back in the stand, hopefully can get some more meat now that it’s warmed up it’s not too bad

The guys across the road are running dogs this morning. They do not have enough property to do this legally so I’m sure they don’t have permits. I have heard them do 3 drives this morning, all ending with multiple shot gun blasts. Struggling to decide if I call the rabbit sherif to turn them in or not. I’m friends with some of the family members that owns the property, so I’m sure it’ll start a fuss if I do it.
