I’m gonna get a deer if it takes me all day.
I'm in the stand, but this wind has me second guessing my decision. But its my last weekend for the season, so here I sit.
Sitting in my ground blind hoping the big ten I have on camera or a fat doe comes out.
Shot a pig before we even got in the stand. Gonna let him sleep until 830, maybe his crew will come out to check on him.
Pretty windy here too. I had planned on hunting till 10ish then going back to house to swap scopes on this gun, sight it back in and come back for the afternoon hunt. Just looked at the weather app that I use and it’s saying 12mph winds with 20-27mph gusts mid day. Guess I’ll be doing that scope swap tomorrow instead! I’d rather sight this thing in during a little calmer conditions, LOL.
Drinking coffee in cabin gonna cook breakfast in a bit,fill up feeders and troughs,remember supplementing is very helpful next 3 month your does are pregnant, bucks run down from rut.
