So I traded for this SW 1911 Pro Series and thought it was a little light on the trigger. So I took it to Firing Line yesterday to check it out.
Well you got it 1.5 lbs.
Like carrying a stick of lit dynamite.
Called the guy I traded from and he suppose to call the guy he bought it from to see if he did any work on the trigger.
Called SW, Send it back was the word.
Any Suggestions,Comments?

If it's gonna be a CCW piece, I would get a reputable local 'smith and have them install a new ignition system with a good, carry trigger pull on it.

Adjust the trigger stop out (looks to be an adjustable trigger). Put in a factory mainspring (hammer spring) and sear spring. Unless he monkeyed up the sear surfaces with a stone, this should give you about 4lb trigger.
