Anyone make it today? I slept in this morning but I’ve been in the stand this afternoon for a while now. In a new stand on new property for me this year. Fingers crossed I can at least see something. Be safe and best of luck to anyone else who’s out today.

Was out this morning, but only saw one.

I got back in from Michigan yesterday…..took the week off to fish with some friends. I’ll be up a tree tomorrow morning with my bow in hand. After that, I’ll be taking my son and his friend to sit over a food plot tomorrow evening.

Saw a small 4 pointer. Nothing else moving. Stayed in my stand until 1. I'm looking forward to tomorrow. My honey hole spot is open.

Saw a couple does and about a million mosquitos. Looking forward to cooler weather next weekend

Busted this really nice doe.
Came in dead silent with four others…..was just taking a look at my cell phone because the woods were dead and my phone kept blowing up buzzing with texts so I took a look.
As soon as I looked at the screen I saw something in my peripheral and there was this big doe with more standing behind her.
I had my cell phone in my hand when I made the shot.
Heart shot entered right side exit left.
Ran 30 yards uphill and I hear her pile up.
No blood trail at all…happens a lot when they run up hill.
Was happy she was down quickly.the drag OTOH was brutal but easier after I field dressed her.
