True, but if there are no does using the area, there's no reason for the bucks to come in. I'll hunt the hell out of this stand, but it would be nice to have seen at least a couple of slicks by now.
What I'm really after are bear. We'll just have to wait and see what's up there. My lack of confidence is in the Chestnut Acorns as a food source. I've heard both, that they are outstanding and that they are the last ones anything wants to eat. The squirrels sure seem to like them.
