Using rods and brushes, clean the chamber good. Clean the extractor notch on the face of the bolt.

A .243 bore brush bent to the length of a .22 round will give your chamber a good cleaning. Mop it out with solvent, let it sit a bit, then give it a good scrubbing with the bent brush. Then pull a few patches through. No need to pull it apart unless you really want to give it a complete detailing.
