It actually was cheap. I called the factory and ordered a blem cheap. The one I received was marked on the box as a 'photo blem' meaning it was used for photos for marketing and may have never been unboxed.^^^^ Looks like a cheap scope^^^^^
Still the full warranty, free shipping, extra batteries and was evidently handled with care. Saved me $150 and you can see the aphids on a gnats ass at 100 yards. Clear as any Nikon I have but it does black out easier on high power. Hold zero and returns to zero every time.
