Hey Gadgetsrfun , I think we should have another "Shoot-off" day next year after the deer season. The .22 mag shoot-off was a blast. I'll be we could have a 10/22 (and variant) shoot-off and have the shell casings piled 3 feet high!

I would be down like 4 flat tires for that.

The cheap-o standard mil-spec grip MUST go! It was one I had laying around, but it just doesn't make the grade!

Hogue or Ergo grip with the beavertail fits nicely. Fatter grip gives you a little more distance from the trigger. Beavertail just bends into place as you tighten the screw.

Let's see some close-up pictures of this rifle. Looks sweet, but can't really tell for sure what the barrel looks like.
