Congrats on a nice doe. I just had lasik done last Friday. I didn't feel comfortable shooting with my glasses (2 weeks prior to surgery) and eyes have still been a bit hazy this week. I hope to get out next weekend though.
Had a great morning in the woods. Had 2 does in front of me 10 feet away and never saw me at 7:15am. Had 6 does 50 yards out at 8:00am. One of them saw me and dipped and the others joined em. At 8:30am I had 3 does come from my left at 20 yards. Looked through my scope for the biggest one. Double lunged her she dropped 20ft from where I shot her. I’m loving this time to myself in the woods.. so peaceful. I’m addicted!!

Deer aplenty this year it seems.
I got up in the tree and sat down at 1340. 1350 a doe ran right out to me but I was playing with my phone and wasn't ready. She heard me fumbling with my crossbow and went back in the way she came. I wont make that mistake in the morning.
