100yrd 3-position Rifle Clinic/Practice Match

Is this something you can bring a new rifle too...is there an opportunity to adjust your sights? Are should you show up sighted in an ready to go?
You can bring almost any iron sighted rifle. There is a sight in period. You can shoot how ever many rounds you would like for 10 mins.
Certainly, but you would be better off bringing a rifle you know the 100 yard dope for.
That's really funny to me. I've shot more than a half dozen different venues up there.
There's always a first time you shoot a new venue and every time I hope I'm not last.
I mentioned it to the wife.
I said if I shoot last, I don't need to be shooting that venue.
She says, (typical girl) "Well Bill, someone needs to be last."
I laugh and agree. --- (BUT IT DOESN'T NEED TO BE ME!)

I stupidly adjusted the windage 4 -5 clicks. But i got it back on the target. Being last sucks.
It's always important and will always be important, that if you shoot a round that isn't a bull, you look at how you called the shot.
And immediately make a dope change to put the next one in the bull.
If you learn to call your shots it will take you fewer (or maybe just one) to get back in the bull.
When you're shooting competetively, even if it's just for fun, don't lose a point you can save.

I did that on the slow prone. I took my time and looked at each shot with the scope. Did much better.
